Complex care Services
We do provide 24 hr care, live in staff that are qualified to perform complex care roles. Some of our clients may require specialised nursing care for a disability, chronic illness or a condition such as neurological conditions and limitations, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, diabetes that requires insulin administration, epilepsy, spinal cord injury or deformities where transfers with mobility is required, pressure sores and other complex conditions.Our highly skilled and experienced registered nurses – RNs are qualified to provide
- Urinary catheter care- including indwelling and in and out catheter care
- Diabetic care management with BGL monitoring
- Epilepsy care and management
- Bowel care
- Such as administering laxatives
- Suppositories
- or taking care of a stoma ( colostomy or ileostomy)
- Dysphagia care management
- Enteral/PEG feeding tube management
- Stoma care
- Wound care dressings and management including pressure sores
- Skin tears or surgical wounds
- Ventilation management
- Tracheostomy care
- Medication administration (including injections)
We create care plans with you that are individualised to your care needs and goals. Our Registered Nurses will also liaise with your doctor and work with a multidisciplinary support system for holistic care.
