Our clinical nursing staff and wider health care team are appropriately qualified to perform their roles and we provide ongoing education and training to our staff. Our staff will provide high intensity supports such as:
- Urinary catheter care
- Colostomy care
- Diabetic management
- Medication administration
- Wound dressings
- Epilepsy management
- Acquired brain injury
- PEG feeding
- Bowel care
- Dysphagia
- And other chronic illnesses care.
We create nursing care plans with you for person-centred best practice-informed clinical care, to monitor your health goals & support your clinical needs. At all times, our staff will treat you with empathy, dignity, and respect, and ensure that your care is delivered with skill, comfort and discretion.
